Mrs. Jennings has 20 years’ experience as a Company Secretary ensuring companies comply with both regulatory and statutory legislation, remain compliant with the requirements of the stock exchange and adhere to good corporate governance practices.

In addition, Mrs. Jennings has several years’ experience in overseeing the legal, contractual and compliance activities of a global funds distributor company, which was integral to the distribution strategy of the company’s investments. During that time, Mrs. Jennings lead the development of the due diligence process for new distributors and for the existing distribution network.

In 2013 Mrs. Jennings joined the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) as a Senior Analyst in the Banking, Trust, Corporate Services and Investment department. Mrs. Jennings was responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of trust companies licensed by the BMA and accompanied the team in conducting on-sites visits to the licensed trust entities. Mrs. Jennings was also part of the BMA team instrumental for the development and the application process for the licensing of Corporate Service Providers.

Mrs. Jennings attended the Ontario Business College and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and possesses the STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management as well as the STEP Diploma in Company Law and Practice. Mrs. Jennings is also an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and possesses the ICSA (Bermuda Branch) Corporate Procedures I and II.
